Proceed only if above doesn’t work
- Always up to date to the latest drivers
- Make sure your display port/hdmi cable is tighly fit on both side.
- Enable IGPU and use motherboard dp/hdmi cable, and see if the problem is gone
- You can choose a specific gpu for most of programs
- If your monitor is old and it has no higher version of hdmi or dp, then consider upgrading the monitor
- Upgrade your monitor firmware using a usb_
- Reset your bios
